About this product
All-cedar swing set whose signature is a secret door and crawl tunnel leading to a hidden climbing tower, plus a large elevated clubhouse with a covered crow's nest. Kids reach the deck by rock wall, rope ladder or flat step ladder and come down an 8 ft wave slide; the swing beam carries two belt swings and a web disc swing, and the lower level has a toy BBQ grill with play food. Pre-stained light brown with black trim, assembled with the BILT app, and covered by a 5-year limited warranty; performance-tested for up to 14 children.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Smaller items go by parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx); large items go by LTL freight, curbside, and the freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window. We email the carrier and tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on the Track Your Order page.
Before you sign: count the cartons and look for crushed corners or holes. Write any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, then contact us within 2 business days for freight or 5 days for parcel. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Assembly
Ships unassembled with the manufacturer's instructions and hardware in the carton. Build on a level base such as a concrete pad, patio stones or a compacted-gravel pad; an out-of-level base is the cause of most door-alignment problems. Larger kits need two people.
