Track Your Order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email (it starts with WF-) and the email address you used at checkout.

What each status means

Processing
We have your order and are picking and packing it. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipped
Your order is with the carrier. Parcel orders show a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number; freight orders show a PRO number, and the freight carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window.
Delivered
The carrier has marked your order delivered. Count the cartons and report any damage within 2 business days for freight or 5 days for parcel.
