The warranty period normally starts on the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser. Keep your order confirmation email as your proof of purchase; the manufacturer will ask for it.

What is typically covered

Manufacturer warranties on resin sheds and enclosures cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and correct assembly. That typically includes panels that crack, split or warp, and doors, hinges, latches, lids and hardware that fail in normal use. The manufacturer usually fixes a covered problem by shipping replacement parts. The exact terms are in the warranty card in the carton and on the manufacturer's website, and those terms are the ones that apply.

What is typically not covered

Damage from assembly errors, an unlevel base, or a shed that was not anchored as the instructions require.
Snow loads or winds above the manufacturer's stated ratings, and wind damage to an unanchored unit.
Impact, fire, flood, falling trees, vandalism, or acts of nature.
Normal weathering: slight color change over years of sun exposure, surface scratches, and water spotting.
Modifications to the panels or frame, commercial or rental use, and products bought secondhand.
Labor to disassemble or reassemble, and incidental or consequential damages such as damage to contents. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

Damage in shipping is ours, not the manufacturer's

If a carton arrives damaged or a part is missing, that is a shipping problem and we handle it directly, at no charge, under our Shipping & Delivery policy. Report it within 2 business days for freight or 5 days for parcel, with photos.

How to make a warranty claim

Email contact@wrenfieldsoutdoor.store with your order number, the model number, a description of the problem, and photos that show the defect and the whole unit.
We reply within 2 business days with the manufacturer's claim steps for your model, and we send the manufacturer your proof of purchase if they ask for it.
The manufacturer ships approved replacement parts. If a claim stalls, tell us and we will follow up with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Your rights under a manufacturer's warranty are in addition to any rights you have under state law, and nothing on this page limits them. Questions: contact us.
