Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Smaller items go by parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx); large items go by LTL freight, curbside, and the freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window. Ships unassembled with the manufacturer's instructions and hardware in the carton. Build on a level base such as a concrete pad, patio stones or a compacted-gravel pad; an out-of-level base is the cause of most door-alignment problems. Larger kits need two people.
