About this product
A compact Costco-exclusive 12 x 10 ft cedar gazebo from Yardistry, made of 100% FSC-certified cedar that is pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-stained in mocha brown, with a Montana Bronze aluminum roof for shade and light-rain cover. It uses 6 x 7 in engineered posts with curved gussets and ships as a three-box kit with illustrated instructions and all hardware for surface mounting. Yardistry warrants materials and workmanship for 1 year and the lumber against rot and decay for 5 years (Costco marketing cites a 5-year limited warranty).

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Smaller items go by parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx); large items go by LTL freight, curbside, and the freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window. We email the carrier and tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on the Track Your Order page.
Before you sign: count the cartons and look for crushed corners or holes. Write any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, then contact us within 2 business days for freight or 5 days for parcel. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
Assembly
Ships unassembled with the manufacturer's instructions and hardware in the carton. Build on a level base such as a concrete pad, patio stones or a compacted-gravel pad; an out-of-level base is the cause of most door-alignment problems. Larger kits need two people. See the anchoring and weather guide for securing it.
Warranty
This product is covered by Yardistry's 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and photos and we will help you file the claim with Yardistry. Read our warranty page for how claims work.
