About this product
A Costco-exclusive 12 x 14 ft hardtop gazebo from Sunjoy with a rust-resistant aluminum frame whose 7.1 in posts carry a brown wood-grain heat-transfer finish under black powder coat. The house-style sloped roof is powder-coated galvanized steel in a ventilated double tier with a clear polycarbonate skylight for daylight, and a built-in ceiling hook holds up to 25 lb. Sunjoy rates it for 4,500 lb of snow and 65 mph winds; warranty terms are on Sunjoy's support page.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Smaller items go by parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx); large items go by LTL freight, curbside, and the freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window. We email the carrier and tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on the Track Your Order page.
Before you sign: count the cartons and look for crushed corners or holes. Write any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, then contact us within 2 business days for freight or 5 days for parcel. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
Assembly
Ships unassembled with the manufacturer's instructions and hardware in the carton. Build on a level base such as a concrete pad, patio stones or a compacted-gravel pad; an out-of-level base is the cause of most door-alignment problems. Larger kits need two people. See the anchoring and weather guide for securing it.
